Who we are

The service
ReadyQuote is a mobile app that helps tradespeople and service businesses draft and send job quotes. You get a limited number of free quotes; further use requires a paid subscription.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for the information you enter (company details, prices, customer names and contact details, photos and descriptions). Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not include sensitive personal data that is not needed for the quote.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Apple handles billing and payment. Prices shown in the app and on this site may appear in your local currency in the App Store. You can cancel or manage your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules.
AI drafts
ReadyQuote uses artificial intelligence to draft quotes from the photos, voice and text you provide, together with your company settings. The AI output is an estimate and a draft only. It can contain mistakes in prices, quantities, scope or wording. You must review, edit and approve every quote before you share it with a customer. ReadyQuote does not guarantee that any quote will win a job, meet a customer's requirements, or comply with local law or trade rules.
Customer links
If you share a quote by link, your customer can view it and respond. You decide what is shared. You can delete a shared quote in the app. Do not share quotes that contain information you are not allowed to disclose.
Acceptable use
Use ReadyQuote only for lawful business quoting. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, overload it, or use it to spam or mislead customers.
Limitation of liability
ReadyQuote is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pingulove Games is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, incorrect quotes, customer disputes, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from AI drafts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for ReadyQuote in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you only used the free tier, zero).
Intellectual property
The ReadyQuote name, app and website belong to Pingulove Games. You keep ownership of your own content. You give us a limited right to process that content only to run the service (for example AI drafting and shared quote links).
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of ReadyQuote after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Courts in Norway have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country says otherwise.
